Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize ABM tools and platforms, ensuring integration and effective use alongside the broader marketing technology stack.
- ABM Strategy Development: Design and implement an account-based marketing strategy targeting key high-value accounts, working closely with sales and product teams to align on goals and tactics.
- HubSpot CRM Management: Leverage HubSpot for campaign management, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- PPC Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing to increase visibility and conversions.
- Social Media Advertising: Manage and grow Raintree’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram through paid social campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement email campaigns that engage our audience and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Driving New Logo Campaigns: Create and execute targeted campaigns designed to attract new customers, building brand awareness and generating high-quality leads.
- Lead Goals & KPIs: Design and implement strategies to achieve lead generation goals, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Content Strategy: Assist in content creation, including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets that support campaign efforts.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Apply basic SEO principles to enhance organic search visibility and leverage SEM opportunities to complement paid strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proven experience managing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
