We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Professional Services Sales Consultant, supporting both new and existing client sales opportunities.  In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, with a focus on coordinating activities related to professional services. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between multiple parties including Sales, Product, Clients, and the Professional Services team to facilitate successful sales transactions and project delivery.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the professional services and sales teams by attending and/or participating in meetings and appointments with clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties to gather information, develop estimates and scope documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and professional services team to ensure clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of client facing materials and presentations.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients to educate on the New Business delivery methodology and project expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, contracts and project progress.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating introductions between the client and project team.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales cycle, addressing any questions or concerns related to implementation and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Support internal and external documentation (Confluence, presentations, etc) of processes and references (like agreed pricing tables) to keep alignment between Sales and Professional Services
  • Partner with implementation teams to Identify project risk themes that should be addressed upstream in the sales process
  • Ensure new roadmap functionality has the right services and supporting documentation included into to the upsell or new business scope process



Position Proficiencies and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. 
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
