Raintree, the leading provider of efficiency tools and engagement features for healthcare providers in physical and occupational therapy, is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Business Operations team. 

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for special projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders in Raintree’s client-facing teams to  implement new process and technology solutions, and providing key day-to-day operational support. 

This is a project-based business improvement role. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, business and technical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and be comfortable managing and prioritizing a variety of projects.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Support, Professional Services, and Finance, to understand business needs and challenges, and serve as the voice of those Rainees to Business Operations. 
  • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and systems, and hold ownership of resolving business and technical  inquiries from other Rainees on these topics.
  • Lead and manage business optimization and system enhancement projects from the Revenue Operations roadmap end-to-end in line with Raintree’s go-to-market approach and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and thoroughly document business requirements for projects.
  • Collaborate with the business systems / internal tools team to design, test, implement, and optimize best-in-class technical solutions to meet business needs. 
  • Create and deliver training to business users on new and updated processes and tools as needed. 
  • Proactively audit processes, systems, and data to ensure a high level of quality and effectiveness throughout the function.
  • Find proof points for what’s working and what needs to change while having fun!
  • Serve as a business admin for select internal tools, providing user education and support to internal teams as needed, including technical enhancements.
  • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform. 
  • Creation and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Proficiencies and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years revenue operations, business analysis, or systems administration experience in a high-growth environment, SaaS preferable; 
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM required;
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: Outreach, Pardot, Hubspot, Gong, Gainsight, RightAnswers, Chilipiper, Jira, etc.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
