This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Raintree, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through the effective use of our Salesforce platform and revenue tech stack. Your expertise will drive the implementation and optimization of technical solutions, enable capture of actionable data to drive business decisions, and create connected processes across our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop creative solutions to help Raintree grow and scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CRM Optimization Strategy, Project Ownership:
- Work closely with cross--functional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges, and translate these into technical solutions.
- Own projects on Raintree’s business systems roadmap end-to-end, from inception and gathering requirements to technical release and user enablement, ensuring business needs are met effectively and on-time.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technology vendors to create and deliver end-user training for road-mapped projects and system enhancements as needed.
- System Configuration:
- Oversee delivery of technical requirements by Raintree’s Salesforce admins and SI partner(s), including custom objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reporting & dashboards, etc.
- Contribute to development and management of declarative enhancements, including processes, playbooks, client health scores, success plans, etc. using Salesforce and its integrated technologies.
- Support creation and maintenance of flawless integrations between Salesforce and other technical platforms as needed.
- Continuous Improvement and Support:
- Act as subject matter expert within Business Operations on processes, automations, and configuration of Raintree’s Salesforce CRM and integrated technologies.
- Proactively investigate current Salesforce org configurations and proactively identify breakages and potential improvements;
- Data management to maintain Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed;
- Share responsibility for managing and resolving end users’ technical support and general enablement inquiries.
- Support creation of data sets for Business Operations to develop actionable reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain user-facing process documentation and training materials as needed to enable self-service guidance and support.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, business operations, sales operations, or similar role in a high-growth environment, SaaS preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, certification strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data;
- Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: Outreach, Hubspot, Gainsight, RightAnswers, Chilipiper, Jira
- Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
- Change management experience a plus
